About UsThe Wisconsin Early Learning Coalition includes organizations and individuals across the state working together to ensure that children have a Great Start. The Leadership Council of the Coalition is made up of representatives from 14 organizations dedicated to promoting public policies and investments that make high quality child care and early education a top priority for our state. The Coalition believes that all Wisconsin children should have access to high quality early learning experiences and nurturing care so that they are happy, healthy, eager to learn and prepared to succeed.
