Get Involved
Children cannot express their needs on their own…but you can speak for them!
Following are suggested ways to share the information from this site to give a voice to all Wisconsin children:
- Provide information on this topic to your employer’s or organization’s newsletter
- Invite someone to speak on this topic at a meeting or conference for an organization you are affiliated with or a presentation for a brown bag lunch at your workplace
- Arrange a legislative visit with a quality care/education program in your community to showcase the difference quality makes
- Write a letter to the editor of your newspaper. Simply share how important this issue is to you and your community
- Contact your legislator often to express your support for quality early learning programs. Your legislator needs to hear what is important to you
- Arrange to host a forum to promote the Great Start campaign in your community
- Talk to friends, family, and co-workers about the difference high quality care and education makes for all of us. Encourage them to become members of the Great Start Campaign.
